These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Solvee mobile application ("Solvee", the "Service"), published by Gaurav Saini, an independent developer based in India ("we", "us"). By installing or using Solvee you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app downloaded from the App Store. Where these Terms and Apple's EULA conflict, Apple's EULA prevails for App Store matters.
Solvee lets you photograph, type or dictate a question and receive an AI-generated, step-by-step explanation. You can ask follow-up questions in the tutor chat, listen to answers, see graphs of functions, and keep a history of solved questions on your device. Solvee is a study aid. It is not a substitute for teaching, and answers can be wrong.
Solvee does not use accounts. Your history and settings live on your device. If you delete the app, they are gone. Premium subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on another device with "Restore".
Plans offered in the app: weekly with a 3-day free trial, weekly without trial, and yearly. A one-time yearly welcome price may be shown once after onboarding. Exact prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy and vary by country.
We may limit or block access for misuse.
Answers are produced by an automated AI model. They may be incomplete, incorrect or inappropriate for your curriculum. Always check important results yourself or with a teacher. We are not responsible for grades, decisions or outcomes based on AI answers.
You keep ownership of the questions and photos you submit. You grant us the limited right to process them to produce answers and operate the Service. The Solvee app, brand, design and code are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law; you may not copy or redistribute them.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law in your country does not allow to be limited.
We may update the app, the free limits, the plans and these Terms. Material changes will be shown in the app or on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using Solvee at any time; delete the app and cancel any subscription in your Apple ID settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
Solvee is operated by Gaurav Saini, India.
